Dun Laoghaire

Oct 06, 2016

With Winter approaching quickly it’s beginning to get darker and darker earlier as the days go on. With that red sunset in the sky after a long day at college this was a great idea to head down to Dun Laoghaire harbour to catch the last bit of light that was left.

I was surprised when I got there with the amount of people out enjoying the evening sunset. I set out with the goal to get once shot of something that represented both the beautiful evening sunset and also what Dun Laoghaire harbour had to offer.

Having not been out in months with my camera it was nice to get away from technology for a bit and experience the fresh air and a little bit about what Dublin had to offer.  Taking time out to slow things down and take in the surroundings and live in the moment.

I took the following photo on a Canon 600D with a 55-250mm f3.5/5.6 Canon Lens.
